I was first introduced to therapy through the psychotherapeutic work of Carl Jung. Through this work I understood that, when we encounter life's difficult challenges, there is a need to try and make sense of them and discover what they mean for us. I approach such challenges as opportunities - opportunities to examine the way we live, with a view to making positive changes.
